{{Editor review}}

{{Editor review|Username 2}}
if it's your second review request. You can also use {{!}} to change the link. - If it has been a while and you are still not reviewed, you may add the following parameter:
{{Editor review|class=review needed}}
. This will expand the box with the message "This user is still awaiting reviews. Any comment would be greatly appreciated!" It will also add you to Category:Wikipedians on editor review/Backlog. - If you've already had a review but wouldn't mind more, add the following parameter:
{{Editor review|class=review had}}
. This will expand it to add "This user already had at least one review, but wouldn't mind several more reviews.". - If you do not wish to be categorized into Category:Wikipedians on editor review, just added the following parameter:
{{Editor review|nocat=yes}}
