  • Symbol question.svg Not an expert, but the res nullius article says that most wildlife is res nullius, so Chile's not especially unique in this regard. Can you find a more interesting hook? DoctorKubla (talk) 21:20, 9 August 2013 (UTC)
Lapageria rosea Chilean bellflower, the national flower
  • Fine. Thanks. I suggest the following ALT1 Hook with an img.
* ... that in Chile, the Chilean bellflower Lapageria rosea, which is one of the most beautiful flowering vines in the world, is the national flower?
  • Symbol confirmed.svg Actually, I've done a bit of googling, and I've realised I was wrong – res nullius wildlife isn't all that common. Sorry. The original hook's fine (I'm striking the alt, for clarity). So... Article meets all DYK criteria, hook fact verified, QPQ done. Good to go. DoctorKubla (talk) 19:17, 10 August 2013 (UTC)
