List of most disliked YouTube videos

  • Symbol possible vote.svg Template:Ping Several problems with this. One it is far too short of the 1,500 character limit as tables and their content don't count towards the character count. Secondly the hook isn't sourced to a reliable source as YouTube is not one. Thirdly, the 400,000 dislikes claim is also unsourced. I appreciate it has the expansion template, which is why I'm not orange X-ing it but it needs some serious work before it is ready to run. The C of E God Save the Queen! Template:Ping Hm, I don't think it's going to be possible to get this up to the 1500 character marker because this is a list, and thus the majority of it is going to be inside a table. For the 400k claim though, I have added a TIME article as reference. Anarchyte (work | talk) 03:46, 30 April 2016 (UTC)
Template:Ping Well you'd be surprised how easy it can be to get things up to 1500. I would suggest by finding a source about why the music videos got so many dislikes (though being Bieber I can understand!) and write something based on that. You could then write a paragraph about the Perry vid and the non-music videos too. IF you're sure you can't then I will orange X it but I think there is enough info out there that you can write 1500 characters. The C of E God Save the Queen! (talk) 07:23, 30 April 2016 (UTC)
Template:User link: I took the liberty of expanding this myself because I saw the news about the Ghostbusters trailer earlier and I was bored. Template:User link: The article now stands at 2138 characters. 23W 18:54, 30 April 2016 (UTC)
Symbol confirmed.svg Well done Template:Ping! I'm adding you to a credit to this for that. Now for the review; date, length (now) and hook all OK. Though I do prefer the original as ALT1 still relies on YT. QPQ done. No close para, good to go now. The C of E God Save the Queen! (talk) 19:12, 30 April 2016 (UTC)
Template:User link, Template:User link: The focus on Perry's ad is a bit weird considering it's ranks only eighth and most of the coverage about its public disapproval was brief in 2011. Here's a stab at some other hooks:

Template:Ping I like ALT3 the most out of the new ones. Anarchyte (work | talk) 06:32, 3 May 2016 (UTC)
  • Symbol confirmed.svg I agree that the alt hooks are better, so here is a tick to confirm that ALT3 and ALT4 are supported by inline citations. I have struck ALT2 since the article doesn't state explicitly that the like system was implemented because of how the star system was used. 97198 (talk) 16:38, 3 May 2016 (UTC)
