  • Symbol possible vote.svg I'm rather hesitant about this one. the "most heavily mined" claim is from a single source with an apparent POV and no citations for there statement. I would like to see more citations for the claim added if possible. I seems rather unlikely given it would have to out compete the Columbian emerald mines, Yukon gold placers, and African diamond placers.--Kevmin § 15:56, 20 March 2013 (UTC)
  • I see your point so how about
  • Alt 1 seems good. Is there anyway to get additional references for the Republic of North California paragraph. Possibly news articles on it or similar?--Kevmin §
  • Added another newspaper reference to the Republic paragraph. -- Esemono (talk) 03:10, 31 March 2013 (UTC)
  • Note: struck original hook due to issues above; formatted ALT1 so it's on the left and more visible. BlueMoonset (talk) 03:47, 2 April 2013 (UTC)
  • Pictogram voting keep.svglengths and newness are good, no visible policy issues found with wording changes. References are good with off-line reference taken agf. Images in articles are good.--Kevmin § 04:52, 4 April 2013 (UTC)
