2015 FA Women's Cup Final

Created by Carlos Kickabaw (talk). Self-nominated at 21:49, 8 October 2015 (UTC).

  • Symbol possible vote.svg Needs at least 1,500 characters of prose for DYK. Currently stands at 1,125.Cowlibob (talk) 17:33, 9 October 2015 (UTC)
  • For other criteria that I can assess thus far. New enough as mainspace on October 8. Hook ALT0 is formatted correctly, short enough, interesting, cited in line. ALT1 likewise though could be reworded for more prominence to the article. Image is CC2.0, used in article, captioned appropriately, ok at 100x100. No need for QPQ as nominator has no previous credits. Others I can't assess until complete expansion to >1500 has been made. Cowlibob (talk) 13:29, 11 October 2015 (UTC)
  • I went in and expanded the game summary which should put it over the 1,500 mark (and just generally improve it). Not a huge deal but if I could be listed as a co-creator for the credit that'd be cool. Happy to help with any other issues that come up in the review too. Template:Reply toSymbol confirmed.svg Sorry for the delay. Thanks for expanding it. It was 8 days after but we're allowed some leeway on that. I don't think I can add you as co-nominator. You should probably ask Carlos and then add it yourself if they agree. Right... back to the review. Now long enough as >1,500 characters. No obvious copyvio issues, plagiarism, close paraphrasing issues on spotchecks. Good use of inline citations, NPOV. Cowlibob (talk) 19:40, 27 October 2015 (UTC)
Symbol question.svg I don't see a citation for "the first women's final to be staged at Wembley Stadium" – unless I'm missing something. 97198 (talk) 10:44, 31 October 2015 (UTC)
Template:Reply to Info was in the BBC ref and the Evening Standard ref. Have added an inline. Good that you mentioned this as I'd also like to say that the image cannot be used as it's no longer present in the article. Cowlibob (talk) 11:16, 31 October 2015 (UTC)
Symbol confirmed.svg Thanks, reinstating tick. Have removed the image from this nom. 97198 (talk) 12:01, 31 October 2015 (UTC)
