This template may be used to cite an article in the digitized Brooklyn Daily Eagle at newspapers.com.

Parameters

By default, the generated URL is a search link which searches for the article title on the specified date. If you have a link to a specific digitized page, you can used the |image= parameter with the number of the digitized page (as it appears in the url). In that case, you should consider replacing this template with {{cite news}} by changing {{cite bklyn| to {{cite news|work=[[Brooklyn Daily Eagle]]|location=[[Brooklyn|Brooklyn, NY]]|url= with the full url for the digitized page. The remaining parameters of this template are simply passed through to {{cite news}} and are explained at the documentation page for {{cite news}}.
