Key Lyrics
How the fuck my momma gon' sleep at night and the police keep killing us? (How?)
I can't even go outside no more
I get shot for bein' innocent
Kill my people for no damn reason
So now we 'bout to come loot your white business
I was tryna protest but the police keep askin' me questions
Get the fuck out my business
Now I'm tryna get my revenge
'Cause that bitch-ass pig know what he did
They keep killin' black innocent kids
Look on the news and they did it again
I can't believe all the shit that I'm seein'
Another black man just died on camera
But we can't even use our hammers
All we can say is, "Black lives matter"
Another black man done died
From a cop, it ain't even a surprise
Shootin' at people for no damn reason
All you can hope is you stay alive
Run into stores, loot iPhones and clothes
Just give me a minute, it's sold
Run in the store, break all the glass
And grab everything, I don't need no code
Killing black people like we don't even matter
But I see a couple white cops at the protests
Gotta walk around with a bulletproof vest
Because if you move wrong, they'll shoot you in the chest
Why you had to put your knee on his neck?
R.I.P. to George Floyd
He was just an innocent man
Trying to raise his little boy
Sitting around recording and shit
Why you ain't just go and help him out?
So many just standing around
With his knee in his neck and his face on the ground
Why so many people just standing around? Ain't helping this guy
He said he can't breathe, just watching him die
Now everybody at his momma house, just watching her cry [2]
