Sanders-Trump voters

  • Symbol confirmed.svg Article created 1 day ago, new enough, long enough (14,000s bytes), hook short and interesting, QPQ done (on my DYK :), no image used. Main hook preferred due to ALT1 being WP:SYNTH a bit (US presidential elections de jure has more than two candidates) Regards, Jeromi Mikhael (marhata) 07:37, 5 October 2020 (UTC)
  • Template:U, thanks for the review. Just a quick reminder: when measuring article length for DYK reviews, base the measurement on prose size, instead of the file size of the page. Installing a user script makes the process a lot faster. feminist (talk) wear a mask, you stupid bastards 14:40, 5 October 2020 (UTC)
  • Throwing another hook out because this won't be promoted for now anyway. ALT2: ... that an estimated 12% of Bernie Sanders voters went for Donald Trump in 2016? feminist (talk) | free Thailand 15:54, 2 November 2020 (UTC)

  • Symbol redirect vote 4.svg We need a review of ALT2, which seems the least complex in terms of wording. Pinging Template:U and Template:U for help here. Yoninah (talk) 20:45, 10 November 2020 (UTC)
  • Symbol confirmed.svg Sourced and in article. The "went for" wording is probably clear enough, but any improvements on this by prep/queue builders would be appreciated. Kingsif (talk) 12:04, 11 November 2020 (UTC)

  • Symbol redirect vote 4.svg REviewer needed for ALT2a. feminist (talk) | Americans, unite 04:25, 12 November 2020 (UTC)
Symbol confirmed.svg ALT2b: ... that an estimated 12% of those who voted for Bernie Sanders in the 2016 presidential primaries voted for Donald Trump in the general election? Kingsif (talk) 07:05, 13 November 2020 (UTC)
Ticking 2b for approval. The wording really is better than 2a. — Maile (talk) 22:16, 17 November 2020 (UTC)
  • Symbol confirmed.svg ALT 2A is more preferable. Restoring tick.Regards, Jeromi Mikhael (marhata) 15:10, 16 November 2020 (UTC)
  • Symbol redirect vote 4.svg It's unclear to me why ALT2a is more preferable, as Template:Tq isn't really encyclopedic. As Template:U says he has retired from Wikipedia, we need another opinion here. Template:U or Template:U, are you available? Yoninah (talk) 21:37, 17 November 2020 (UTC)
  • Template:Ping Template:U suggested ALT2 and I added some more words as ALT2a. But when Template:U came to review this new hook suggestion, he suggested ALT2b. I personally agree with ALT2b, as I don't think "Template:Tq" is encyclopedic language. I guess I'm looking for an approval tick for ALT2b so I can promote it, as I did not write the original hook suggestion. Yoninah (talk) 22:06, 17 November 2020 (UTC)
