Usage
{{subst:CCI|name=Contributor name}}
This template is only for use on talk pages of articles that have been edited as part of a Contributor contribution investigation where concerns of multiple point infringement have been substantiated.
- This template must be substituted.
- The name parameter is optional, but should be included where possible as it will direct other editors to the cleanup page.
- The signature is included.
