Plot

Collin and Miles[2]

For having a new beginning of life, Collin (Daveed Diggs) must obtain a clean three days of probation. He works as movers with his troublemaking best friend, Miles (Rafael Casal). After seeing the brutal firing, Collin starts to rethink his friendship as Collins has always been blamed for Mile's hot-headed despite his innocence[3].

Controversy

Collin, a black man, frequently blamed for Miles’ wild decisions despite his innocence. It is shown in several scenes such as honking during a moving trip which is done by Mile, and Collins is upbraided despite his innocence or while Mile's son holds Mile's gun, Ashley rages to Collin for letting Miles buy the gun in the first place although Collin is not at fault at all. This violation demonstrates the systemic prejudice that black American encounters even with his friend's family till it exposes and in the end, the white man is accounted to be responsible for his actions[4].
