The story setting was in the family’s home and is told from both the parents point of view as well as the childrens’, at different points in the story. It shows the interaction of parents and children as well as grandparents and grandchildren, and uncles and aunts and children. [4]

This book showed a beautiful portrait of a family that has beautiful different parents that make even more beautiful children and how beautiful life is. The storyline shows how each member of the family is different in their own way, yet the come together as one family. These characters and this situation is real life, and this book can be relatable to many students' life. It's important to show diversity in the classroom, and this book does a great job of doing that. [5]
