Archive URL but no original URL
According to the current documentation, a URL should be specified whenever an archiveURL is present.
Therefore the desired behaviour is for an error message to be displayed in all instances in this section.
There are reasons to supress this error message: an archiveURL may be useful when the original was initially not online but an archive is made later (for example by scanning paper documents), or when an original link becomes dead. These should be discussed on the talk page.
